Fun food bank volunteering you never hear about

Community Kitchen volunteering

Raise your hand if you’ve gone with a group to sort food at Central Texas Food Bank. Good for you! They get thousands of people a month coming through their warehouse to don gloves and wipe cans, and it’s not only important work but also a one of the most fulfilling volunteer opportunities in town.

But did you know there are lots of other ways to volunteer at the food bank or at a food pantry? Take a look at some fun
